All orders on MyInkaLink are placed through PayPal. PayPal is a secure site. Any sensitive information will be handled by PayPal and not be collected through the MyInkaLink website.
To choose an item for purchase, click on the button on the product page. If there are multiple colors for an item, please be sure to click on the button that is directly next to the color name.
Upon completion of your shopping, please click the button to proceed to checkout. The button is located on any product page and also above on this page.
When clicking any of these buttons, you will be transfered to the PayPal site for completion of your order. PayPal will then forward the order details to MyInkaLink for order fulfillment.

Shipping
MyInkaLink believes in providing the lowest cost to its customers. Therefore, all items are shipped directly from Peru. This cuts out a large number of unnecessary costs. All items are shipped directly from Peru via service provided by TNT (www.tnt.com). Upon order, you will be provided with a tracking number for your purchase. You can track your package at this link - www.tnt.com. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery.
Return Policy
We will not accept items returned with the sales tags removed. Thus, you should not remove the tags until you are sure you plan to keep the item. All returns must be shipped within 48 hours of delivery. Items returned after this time may not be accepted. MyInkaLink.com does not issue refunds. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a Store Credit Voucher in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.
Please Note: Store Credit Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue, after that the credit will be void and will no longer be available and will be forfeited.
In order to return an item, you must:
1. E-mail us at MyInkaLink within 48 hours of delivery of the item.
2. In the e-mail: a. Describe in detail any problem with the item. b. Provide the original order number.
3. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you; unworn and with the tags still attached.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Upon contemplation of your particular case, a return address within the United States will be advised for the item to be returned.
